Hiring 2 headcounts for the following HR positions:
**_HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITER) _**
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit proceedings. This will include entry to mid-level positions for permanent, contract hires
- Organize and participate in the relevant career events and local job fairs to broaden the hiring needs
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, which include preparation and signing of letter of appointment, new hire orientation and exit clearance
- Track and process employee confirmation, contract expiry and re-employment
- Plan and execute training and development matters
- Liaise with Union on management of industrial-relations matters
- Updating of personnel records and assist employees with forms and HR procedures
- Other general HR admin duties & perform ad-hoc duties when required

**_HR EXECUTIVE (PAYROLL) _**
- Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll cycle.
- Assist in employees onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain employee-database, time management system, payroll and leave system
- Verify workers' overtime records, leave and attendance
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure timely submission of statutory claims
- Preparation and submission of Yearly Income tax (IR8A) and IR21 for leavers/ resignees
- Assist in Yearly performance appraisal exercise
- Handle HR Audits and generate reports
- Handles employees’ insurance and medical claims
- Attend to employees’ enquiries and grievances
- Undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects as and when assigned

**_Job Requirements _**
- Degree/Diploma holders
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably from HR background
- Well versed in employment act
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Possess great initiative and responsiveness
- Inclination towards processing work and improvement
- A responsible great team player with ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Able to multi-task, handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good in Microsoft office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) and IT savvy
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
