- Head of Operational and Technology Risk
We are representing a highly established financial institution on an exclusive mandate. The firm provides a trading platform for a wide range of financial instruments. To enhance their strong regulatory framework and embrace technology advancement, they are hiring a Head of Operational and Technology Risk in Singapore.
In this role, you will advise the Operations and Technology teams on risk matters at the Group level, and provide oversight to the management. By working closely with both team leads, you will ensure the alignment of risk management activities, foster collaboration and a strong risk culture, and promote a comprehensive approach to managing operational and technology risks across the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- At least 12-15 years' relevant experience in Operational Risk with an understanding of how technology drives the operations environment, or experience in both operational and technology risks
- Good understanding of the risk exposure at operations level as we embrace technology advancements
- Effective communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
