**Key Responsibilities**:
Portfolio Management
- Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to meet client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities across equity, fixed income, real estate, and alternative asset classes.
- Construct well-diversified portfolios while considering factors such as asset allocation, sector exposure, and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and make timely adjustments to optimize returns and manage risk.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and market developments.
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering customized investment solutions and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and recommendations to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Risk Management
- Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate portfolio risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, assessing factors such as credit risk, market volatility, and liquidity.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and geopolitical events to anticipate potential risks and adjust investment strategies accordingly.

Research and Analysis
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis to evaluate the financial performance and valuation of potential investments.
- Collaborate with research teams and external partners to leverage insights and enhance investment decision-making processes.

Performance Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and presentations for clients, detailing portfolio performance, attribution analysis, and outlook.
- Provide detailed explanations of investment decisions and performance drivers, demonstrating transparency and accountability.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably in a global investment firm.
- Proven track record of generating alpha and delivering strong investment performance across various asset classes.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis of investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio optimization, and risk assessment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant regulatory certifications/licenses (e.g., CFA charter-holder, SFC license) preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.
