The Semco Maritime Product & Technology Division is looking for an **experienced Telecom Project Manager **. You will work with a strong team of experienced project managers and engineers who are all committed to delivering optimal solutions matching the needs of our offshore wind and oil & gas customers around the world.

You will ensure that customers are well informed and that any unforeseen issues are handled in cooperation with the customers.
You have a strong visible profile and communicate well at all organisational levels. You take initiative and approach your tasks resolutely.
**Key responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will have full P/L responsibility for the execution of projects. You will be responsible for completing financial scopes and projects according to schedules and to the satisfaction of customers. In addition, you will manage your team and subsuppliers according to the managerial values of Semco Maritime.
- Following project process model
- Overall responsible for assigned projects in ensuring adherence to all aspects (schedules, timelines, budget control, execution, completion, handover)
- Manages the P&L of the project to ensure margins are maintained or improved
- Responsible for overseeing engineering and checking documentation in assigned projects
- Maintains relationship with client and acts as the main point of liaison with client for matters pertaining to the project execution, especially monetary matters and deadlines
- Oversees purchases and ensures adherence to project cost, ensuring quality and compatibility
- Responsible for maintaining good HSE practices
- Provision of project financial figures (payment/invoice forecast, etc.) to the Finance department
- Prioritize project-related tasks and assignment of tasks to project engineers
- Maintain overview of WIP in assigned projects
- Any other duties assigned by the Department Manager
**Your qualifications:
Experience with telecom projects and yard/offshore work would be an advantage.
Moreover, you are able to handle all commercial aspects when cooperating with customers. You see the big picture and address finance, HSEQ, and management and customer requests determinedly and with experience.
Effective communication skills and fluency in oral and written English are required.
**Educational background and experience**:
- Bachelor of Engineering within Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering or other relevant background.
- Certified Project Management education will be an advantage.
- You have at least 5 years of international experience as a Project Manager.
- Industrial experience - yard and/or offshore.
