Set up and establish site specific Health and safety programs and ensure compliance to all applicable regulation including corporate requirement
- Establish, execute, and achieve site Workplace safety and health goals
- Develop key performance indicators and ensure effective communication to site and divisional leadership teams. Track performance through the site WSH committee and take countermeasures that address negative trends
- Act as a focal point for Data centre to corporates Health and safety team for all DC WSH issue
- Conduct & document near-miss and accident investigations to develop solutions that prevent or minimize reoccurrence
- Develop training programs to ensure employee understanding of EHS risks, the measures necessary to protect from adverse events, and the safety regulations pertinent to the DC industry
- Develop and manage EHS Budget
- Provide WSH technical advisory to leadership and operational team regarding workplace safety and health issue
- Provide WSH support to site for customer/ regulatory or third-party audit
- Provide leadership and advisory during the WSH committee
- Conduct routine audit/ inspection and track finding to closure
- Monitor and track all Workplace safety and health applicable permit and license
- Engage customer as Singtel Representative on EHS / WSH matters and programs

**Requirements:
- More than 3 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety management
- Experience in Work Safety at Height, develop Risk Management Plan and WSH Committee
- Experience in construction safety
- Good at Microsoft office tools
