This is a great opportunity to grow your career as a M&A professional within a leading vertically integrated healthcare platform in Asia. As part of the M&A team, you will evaluate and execute healthcare M&A opportunities for Fullerton Health across Asia. You will be responsible for financial modelling, conducting due diligence of prospective M&A investments, and supporting negotiation of commercial and legal contracts.

This role is based at our Singapore office. You will be staffed on M&A opportunities in other countries across the Asia region.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and manage extensive financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities (across VC, growth, and buyout transactions) to support deal underwriting, bid strategy, structuring and deal closure of transaction documents.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities, prepare and present qualitative and quantitative analysis to Investment Committee
- Contribute to management of external DD advisors, leading of sub-workstreams, terms negotiation etc.
- Support M&A and Strategy to build transaction pipelines through engagement with bankers, private equity, and other external parties.

**Skills & Attributes for Success**
- Experience of M&A, corporate finance, investment management in an investment bank / private equity firm / consulting firm with a track record of working on either buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- The role would require strong numerical, financial, and critical thinking skills. You will have sound judgement and an ability to generate creative solutions to Transaction issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a finance, accounting, or related specialization from a reputable University
- At least 4-5 years' experience in executing M&A transactions (sell-side or buy-side)
- Proficient in financial modelling (across VC, growth, and buyout transactions)
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Flexibility to travel.
