- We are looking for an organized meticulous sales and marketing executive to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's office services and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.
- The sales and marketing executive represents Omnia and drives strategies to increase our brand awareness to our target audiences by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

- Promoting Omnia and introducing our service to our clients and the market
- Implementing new sales plans, acquire new sales and advertising strategy [Brand awareness] to reach out to more clientele.
- Using data and research to help drive sales and reach sales goals.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Drafting and preparing new/renew service agreement for client and director.
- Analyzing budgets and preparing annual marketing budget plans
- Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives that advance the marketing plan.
- Working in collaboration with the different industry player as a part of marketing collaboration
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying market trends
- Conduct regular market research and make the appropriate changes to the marketing plan.
- **Requirement**:_
- Local Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification higher.
- Meticulous and take ownership of your task.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, goal driven and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
