**Job Description**:
Key roles and responsibilities
- Preferably Executive specialized in Retail / Commercial Interior Design or equivalent.
- Must have a passion for design and strive for innovation
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
- Allocate and able to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
- Able to do presentation of design concept to client with confident
- Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
- Conduct client meetings and reporting of design progress together with Project Managers
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
- Work on own innovative to developing new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones

Skills & Experience
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Retail / Commercial / Corporate Office Interior Design
- A dedicated and responsible individual
- Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)
- Persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors
- Work rapidly under pressure with no discrepancies
- Operate effectively and efficiently, operate collaboratively and as part of team
- Adopt hand’s on approach and has “can do attitude”
- Responsive and proactive and have real passion
