Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate as a fixed salary PHV (Private Hire Vehicle) driver for our vehicle fleet.

Drive assigned second-hand 6-seater vehicle (e.g., Toyota Noah with 5 years left, or Toyota Sienta with 3 years left).

Execute shifts according to the following schedule:
Morning Shift: 8:00 am to 7:30 pm

Afternoon Shift: 8:00 pm to 7:30 am

Utilize various PHV platforms (e.g., Grab, Gojek, Tada) to accept ride requests and transfer earnings to the company.

Achieve a monthly target of $8000 in earnings.

Drivers who exceed the target will be eligible for bonuses.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Hold a valid PHV (Private Hire Vehicle) or TDVL (Taxi Driver's Vocational License) license.

Possess a clean traffic police record. Applicants found misrepresenting their record will not be considered.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings and evenings.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to various driving conditions and passenger needs.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

**Benefits**:
17% employer CPF will be given.

Petrol will be borne by the company as long as you meet the targets.

Flexible hours: Once you reach the daily target ($320 daily over 25 working days), you can choose to rest or continue to drive to achieve bonus targets.

Cash bonus will be given if you exceed the monthly targets.

Medical reimbursements for drivers who serve more than 6 months of service (only consultation fees will be reimbursed).

Stress-free No more stress over daily rental, low daily target. Car is provided by the company, and insurance and maintenance are also borne by the company.
