Singapore U-TECH LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Reply and attend to customers’ requests and calls in a timely and politely.
- Liaise with carrier and/or forwarder for vessel schedule.
- Source for competitive freight rates and liaise with overseas agent on incoming and outgoing shipment.
- Work closely with Singapore Customs, Competent Authorities (e.g. CNB, A&E, PCD) and Tradenet documentation (Declaration of import and export permit).
- Preparing and processing customs documents, including certificates of origin, insurance certificates and other required documents.
- Verifying the accuracy of shipping information and documents. Ensure proper record filing and documentation.
- Provide Customer Service and handle customer’s shipping enquiries and logistics needs.
- Other duties assigned by Shipping Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum O Level/Diploma or equivalent
- A team player, good communication skill, honest & with the RIGHT work attitude.
- Able to work One Saturday (half day) per month.
