**Position Summary**

We are looking for an energetic, passionate individual to join our growing team here at Six Eleven, to take charge of our sales efforts and customer engagement. You are someone who can work independently, patient, familiar with the F&B or retail trade. Having a passion for fine food and drinks would make this a rewarding role with room for professional development and exposure to a wide range of professional knowledge and experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating sales leads and engaging both existing and potential new customers for products introduction & sampling efforts.
- Maintaining good relationship with customers by actively communicating, gathering feedback, addressing issues and providing product & technical support.
- Receiving and performing follow up on customers' orders.
- Working with management and marketing to implement innovative campaigns for sales and promotions.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum of polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Great verbal communications & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in either F&B or retail trade.
- Friendly, personal & attentive.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Passionate about fine food and drinks products.
