You will play a vital role at the Division of Medical Oncology in leading and directing the execution of research initiatives and projects under the Adults and Young Adults in Oncology (AYAO) Programme and Young Women’s Breast Cancer Programme in NCCS.**Some of the Key Responsibilities include**
- Involve in study management, patient recruitments, and manuscript development & editing for clinical research, and ensure studies are carried out and compliant according to the study protocol, SOPs, ICH/GCP, PDPA, HBRA regulations, study specific manuals and procedures
- Draft and assist in execution of research collaboration agreements with different sites and collaborators, and provide support in research data for patient resources and organising programme related events

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Possess good written & verbal communication, secretarial and administrative skills
- Proactive team player who is able to work independently with creativity, communicate effectively at all levels and coach junior staff
- Ability to interact and liaise with other departments and agencies, including government bodies and private institutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
