- Implement strategic goals of the Hotels division.
- Implement relevant technologies and best practices that will enable the division to continually transform and drive efficiencies in labor, material use and customer service.
- Improve SOPs to drive efficiencies and align with changes.
- Work with relevant Directors to achieve budgeting targets for the various Business Units.
- Participate in strategic projects.
- Create an exciting and rewarding work culture to attract, develop, and retain the right people.
- Recommend changes in structures, processes, jobs, and performance management systems to keep up with best practices.
- Analyze the Company's key competitors and current trends and make recommendations to develop the hotels' business base.
- Analyze data and provide potential solutions to increase guest satisfaction, improve operating efficiencies, reduce expenses and maximize revenue.
- Ensure all government, safety and sanitation regulations are met.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in senior hotel management positions and is/was a General Manager managing established 5-Star Hotels.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving change, results and 5-star service quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
