**Job Description**:
**Preschool Educator**

We are looking for **L1 or L2 **certified **English Language Preschool Educators t **o join our expanding team at Choa Chu Kang and Cashew Road (Bukit Panjang) You will be working with a tight-knit team of experienced and jolly educators.

**Duties and Responsibilities (Preschool Educator)**:

- Creates a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them
- Enrich children’s learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, while effectively integrating innovative teaching and learning practices
- Being proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community, and co-designs collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal
- Guide junior educators in enhancing their professional practice
- Provide suggestions to improve professional development in the Centre, while also contributing to the Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality

**Experience, Qualifications and Training Requirements**:

- Has been registered with ECDA and attained an L1 or L2 certification
- Have either of the following:

- Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T), or it's equivalent recognised by ECDA for K1/K2 teachers;
- OR
- Certificate in Pre-school Teaching (CPT) / Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (CECCE), Advance Certificate Early Years (ACEY) or its equivalent recognised by ECDA.
- Place of residence, preferred working location, LON from ECDA
