I. Receipt Verification
Before the goods arrive at the warehouse, obtain a detailed list of goods in advance, including the name, quantity, specification, batch, shelf life and other information of the goods. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, inspect each batch of goods according to the list
Ii. Review of Outbound Supervision
During the process of goods leaving the warehouse, supervise the operation of the sorting personnel on site to ensure the accuracy of goods sorting and avoid wrong or missed shipments.
2. Check whether the name, quantity, specification, batch and other information of the goods leaving the warehouse are consistent with the order. If any differences are found, the goods should be stopped from leaving the warehouse in a timely manner, and the relevant departments should be coordinated to investigate the cause and make corrections
Iii. Monthly physical inventory
1. Develop a detailed monthly physical inventory plan, conduct a thorough count of each item, and record the actual inventory quantity, status and storage location.
2. Compare the physical inventory data with the inventory account data, and analyze the reasons for the differences, such as errors in inbound and outbound records, damage or loss of goods, and untimely updates of system data, etc.
Four. Trace on-site differences
For differences caused by operational errors, such as incorrect placement of goods or wrong registration of goods in and out of the warehouse, correct the incorrect operations in a timely manner and provide training to relevant personnel to prevent similar problems from happening again.
2. Regularly summarize and analyze the traceability of differences.
V. Assist in process optimization and system improvement
Actively participate in the optimization of the company's logistics operation process. Based on the problems found in the daily inventory verification work, put forward reasonable suggestions for process improvement
2. Assist in improving the company's inventory management system. Based on industry standards, laws and regulations, and the actual business situation of the company, refine and clarify the standards, processes, and responsibility divisions for inventory verification
Vi. Cross-regional Collaboration
Support the implementation of projects in other regions or countries, supervise on-site operations of new projects, and optimize operation processes
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Industry experience requirements: More than 2 years of experience in logistics project management
3. Work skills required: Proficient in using word, Excel and PPT (strong ability to create table data)
4. Other quality requirements: Honesty, openness, high sense of responsibility and thirst for knowledge, strong communication skills, **proficiency in Chinese and English** is preferred; Be able to adapt quickly to the constantly changing environment
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
