Singapore TALENT LEGAL GLOBAL SEARCH CONSULTANCY (PTE.) LTD. Full time

This is a Quality Inspector (QI) role to implement and carry out quality check to achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage, to the satisfaction & expectation of our customers on apartment unit quality and in-line with our company vision of providing quality homes.

**Responsibilities
1. **Projects Under Construction (Pre TOP)**
- Weekly audit on activities on sites for Pre TOP projects (Units & Common Area - Architectural, M&E)
- Co-ordinate with main contractor to ensure the quality of our projects before handing over to our customer. To ensure the project is achieve our target Quality Mark (QM) & Conquas Score.
- To maintain a high level of safety awareness among the site and contractor’s staff.
- Liaison with CRD & Main Contractor - “Novade System” on Pre & Post QM-Check.
- Coordinate with Main Contractors on Pre QM-Check and Ensure All Defects lodged are rectified.
- Coordinate with CRD - CSO Check / Handover Units to Homeowners.

2. **Projects under DLP (Defects Liability Period)**

**Units**
- To monitor / ensure defects lodged by Owners are Rectified / Sign Off within **30 Days**
- Conduct weekly meetings with CRD, Main Contractors on matters raised by Owner for defect not justified under BCA’s construction guidelines (Design, materials, etc.)

**COMMON AREA**
- Conduct Weekly Meetings with PM (Defect Management Team) / MA of COMMON AREAS defects.

3. **Projects After DLP**

**Units**
- Liaison with CRD: Joint-Inspections with Unit Owner and ensure Main Contractor rectify accordingly and sign-off by Owner.

**COMMON AREA**
- Liaison with Property Defects Management Team and ensure Main Contractor to rectify defects raised by MCST and conduct joint inspection to verify and sign off.

4. **Review / Presentation for Lesson Learnt**
- (Design Issues, Influence of layout, Maintainability / Safety Hazards, Detailing (Impact on Quality), Defects to Mitigate / not to Repeat)

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Architectural QA, or Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- Resident Technical Officer and local Construction experience preferred.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Systematic & good analytical skills for site issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
