RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and service smart TV hardware.
- Carry out repairs and diagnostics on customer televisions.
- Resolve system malfunctions and errors, ensuring the restoration of full functionality.
- Document all repair and maintenance work for reference purposes.
- Provide customers with prompt technical support and guidance on the effective use of their TVs.
- Manage inventory of spare parts.
- Deliver weekly reports on job accomplishments to the Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent time management and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive and deliver results promptly in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
