JR37999 Intern - Automated Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Attribute Study

Description:

- Create an automated Automated Measurement System Analysis (MSA) attribute study for Micron Backend team member to perform yearly

Scope:

- Understanding what is MSA and how it is used in the backend manufacturing
- Understand the different types of defects and their good, bad and marginal classification
- Set up a database and capture the good, bad and marginal images for MSA Attribute Study
- Explore and evaluate different software systems to use (Excel Macro, Python, Power Automate or others)
- Propose a system that randomize the image from the database and allow team members to perform the Attribute test online.

Deliverable:

- Setup a system that randomize the defect images (good, bad and marginal) for team member MSA attribute study based on the Micron MSA Requirement

Skillset Required: Communication and Collaboration Skill, Relevant Coding Skill for the scope of the project.
