The Team is primarily responsible for devising automation solutions, selecting and building frameworks, and managing system processes for TikTok. As a bridge between the infrastructure team and business teams, this team drives the effective implementation of automation in TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the design and optimization of Android client architecture.
- Contribute to the development of automation tools to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate on tool iteration and general architectural evolution.
- Tackle technical challenges and engage in research on new technologies.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Android development, programming skills, good design capabilities, and sound programming habits.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
- Proven experience development ecosystems, and a deep understanding of engineering practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to handle pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Android development experience
