1) Lead and manage a team of toolmakers to support production in machine tooling and ensure tooling are maintained with good quality.

2) Lead the tooling team in problem solving, identification of problems and analysis of root cause.

3) Supervise toolroom daily operations and ensure 6S are practised in toolroom area.

4) Support the production department in designing and fabricating of new tooling or devices to improve its line efficiency, product quality and manpower saving.

5) Generate AutoCAD product drawing based on tooling die design and maintain engineering related documentation.

6) Design and develop technical tooling to support production line to achieve technical and quality requirements

7) Technical support for tool design and production process to Sales team for RFQ or cost reduction projects.

8) Work with vendors on tooling improvement for greater output and efficiency.

9) Lead /support continuous improvement in tooling or work process

10) Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor and/or Management

**Job Requirements**:
1) Excellent in tooling knowledge and troubleshooting.

2) Strong analytical and analysis

3) Knowledge to use AutoCAD.

4) Team player and ability to lead a team

5) Positive and meticulous.

**Qualification**

1) Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

2) 2 -5 year working experience.
