**THE ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Warehouse Operations:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against incoming D/O’s
- Inspect and properly store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Scan shipments for inbound
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to the company's standards.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure items are securely stacked.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and suggest improvements.

Driving Duties:

- Safely transport goods and products to designated locations using company vehicles.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Load and unload shipments at delivery locations, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers or clients.

Documentation and exceptions handling:

- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or incidents to the warehouse supervisor or manager promptly.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status and potential delays or issues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
