**Title**:
Associate Specialist - Information Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Information Management/Digital Engineering Team on Information and data management for the project
- Coordinate and provide support to set up project IM set up, SharePoint and Project folders, etc..
- Review IM / Digital Engineering requirements for the project based on Technical specifications for IM requirements and data class library received from the client
- Identify the data originator for each attribute
- Prepare the discipline-wise template
- Initiate requests to buy-in the data from respective sources
- Update the discipline-wise template
- Transfer information to 2D/3D Administrators to populate in the CAE tool
- Record changes with respect to revisions received for the data attributes

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Knowledge and exposure to computer science would be an added advantage
