**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily purchasing operations and documentation.
- Ensure purchasing documents are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
- Prepare and issue requisitions and purchase orders; monitor outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and assess delivery performance.
- Maintain and update the list of approved vendors.
- Propose quality improvements to supervisor as needed.
- Plan materials in line with production and forecast requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless material flow and quality compliance.
