About
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service,finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ability to independently configure the Workday system as the system administrator, and coordinate with HRIS team members and HR system business teams to support the projects, implementations and operations of Workday system globally;
2. Coordinate with HR system business teams, dive deeply into requirements to analyze and evaluate customer needs, and provide solutions;
3. Design the Workday system according to implementation proposals, implement customized business processes, notifications, user security, reports and integrations based on requirements and the Workday system capability; Deliver projects on time;
4. Improve internal customers' experience on HRIS communications, training and support;
5. Resolve all queries and ensure accuracy at the same time. Prepare business documents and provide upgrades if required. Monitor HRIS systems and maintain the integrity of data (skills in Microsoft Excel are needed);
6. Conduct knowledge sharing/transfer sessions with HRIS colleagues, customers, partners and HR service center team members.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience;
2. Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience in configuring Workday;
3. Good communication skills. Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional and global teams;
4. Ability to manage multiple work tasks and prioritize them.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Advantageous to have 2-5 years working experience of HRIS or HR generalist, and project management experience is preferred;
2. Strong sense of ownership, self-driven and a results-focused mentality.
