About Us:
Dolford Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly-growing manufacturing company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our marketing and sales objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Dolford Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to track key performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Managing the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively for maximum ROI.
- Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and business impact (preferably in F&B industry)
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
