**What We're Looking for**
- Someone who is positive, productive, and professional.
- Fluent in Chinese-Mandarin and English and be an effective communicator, both in writing and speaking.
- Master's degree or above.
- Executive Coaching certification a plus for those desiring heavier consulting roles.
- Available to travel, may include up to 30% of the time, nationally and internationally.
**About the Role**
- assessments - for job applicants or current employees - and writing the appropriate feedback
- for the client.
- Become skilled at providing executive and collaborative coaching to leaders.
- Consult with clients over the phone, virtually and in-person, assisting with selection and
- development needs primarily for leaders and senior management.
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients with a deep knowledge and understanding of their
- organization and culture.
- Partner internally with the client team to move strategies forward and integrate Talent Plus
- services and solutions within the client organization.
- Provide exceptional training and facilitation experiences in small and large groups.
- Help to create a high-performance culture.
- Strong interview analysis and writing are crucial to this role.
