We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised professional to join our team at Hair Shaka as our new Salon Manager.

Hair Shaka is busy, friendly and popular Hair Salon located in Tanjong Pagar. We have a brilliant expanding team of top stylists and beauticians who are very proud of delivering best in class hair to our amazing clients. We are looking for an individual to help us in our growth. This person will work very closely with the owner of the salon as well as the team to ensure smooth running of day to day operations.

Experience and Education:

- Business Admin qualification
- Minimum of 3 years managing a Salon

**Skills**:

- Comfortable with working with MacBook IOS.
- Competent with Excel, Google Drive and Wix.
- Brilliant communication via Telephone, WhatsApp and Meta suite.

General Job tasks:

- Booking clients in and confirming appointments
- Checking and ordering stock
- Organising retail space
- Liaising with suppliers
- Working closely with Stylists to create bookings
- Creating and promoting sales campaigns to drive new customers to salon
- Working with team to generate content for website and social media
- Taking payments
- Greeting Clients and serving refreshments
- Opening and closing Salon
- Updating Salon website

**Salary**: $3500-$4000 based upon experience

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience

Working Hours: 49 hours ( Monday to Friday)

Holiday Entitlement: 14 days paid plus public holidays

Other entitlements: End of year bonus based on attendance and performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
