Kindergarten Care Supervisor

You will supervise and provide leadership and be responsible for the overall operations of the centre to ensure Kcare activities complement the MOE kindergarten programme.
- Plan and implement the weekly schedule and programme(s) for the children in the Kcare and ensure that curriculum is delivered based on (MOE) Ministry of Education guidelines.
- Plan and manage the staff scheduling, to ensure ratio of staff (Including programme stuff and support staff) to child is maintained at all times, including transition periods.
- You are required to inform MOE kindergarten of all activities in a timely manner and ensure Kcare Activities complement with the MOE kindergarten programme.
- Be a mentor as well as a team player.
- Build strong partnerships and rapport withstudents, parents, school personnel and relevant parties.
- Plan outreach programmes and excursions for the children during the school holidays.
**Requirements**:
- Must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Registered under ECDA and attained L2 certification.
- At least 2 year(s) of supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Dedicated to the running of the operation.
- Need to be a team player.
- Able to multi-task.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
