Job description:

- Planning the completion of the site
- Acting as a construction expert in all the phases of the projects (Feasibility study, Definition & Execution)
- Compiling the contracting plan
- Preparing the contract documents, supervision and coordination of contractsH
- Heading the technical part of the contract negotiations in cooperation with design
- Planning and implementation of site arrangements
- Managing the supervisory work of different work types in the installation, construction and start-up phase
- Reporting on progress and threats to the project managers & as requried by others in organization
- Leading team of construction department (Construction Managers, Supervisors, etc)
- Closing the site, final reporting and aftercare of construction
- Lead the Construction Management Team and its operations as well as the implementation of the team’s action and development plans
- Manage and report the performance and competence of team members according to company's strategy and vision
- Develop instructions, procedures and practices of own team, as well as manage the change and renewal in the organization
- Manage capacity resourcing and maintain network with stakeholders
- Ensure strong cooperation with other disciplines especially project management.
- To act as Construction Manager in selected projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural are preferred) or similar education is a must.
- Proven experience of at least 10 t0 15 years in similar jobs, preferable also inside the fence of industrial clients.
- Strong focus on project delivery skills, developing new ways of working and driving change are close to your heart.
- Ability to recognize opportunities and respond to client needs, network easily with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), other languages are an advantage.
