**Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager**
**Employment Type: Permanent**
**Location: Central**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Agile Leadership**:

- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- ** Project Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to prioritize and deliver features that align with business goals.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Implement and promote best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and organization, leveraging Agile and Scrum principles.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Rally.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial services, or related industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector.
