Electrical and Electronics Engineer (Underwater Sensors)

In this role, you will:

- Conduct research, design and development of digital and analogues electronics, with edge processing technologies, in underwater sensor systems
- Perform design calculations and carry out simulations using electronic design automation tools, and prototype as required for verification
- Develop, test and integrate electronic hardware for sensor systems
- Participate in field experiments to evaluate hardware performance

**Requirements**:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Prior experience of one or more of the following:

- Digital designs such as embedded systems, programmable devices and wireless communication technologies
- Analogue designs such as signal conditioning, data acquisition, power supply and power amplifier technologies
- Strong interest in electronic design work
- Familiarity of electronic design automation tools for schematic capture, simulation, analysis and verification
- Familiarity with embedded system programming will be advantageous
- Passionate in defence R&D
- A "Can-Do" attitude and independent worker
- A strong team player with good communication, inter-personal skills and critical thinking
