**Preferred Qualifications (Experience and Skills)**
- PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Physics or related field
- Experience with perovskite solar cell fabrication processes
- Excellent understanding of perovskite solar cell physics
- Extensive knowledge and experience with device and material characterization (i.e. I-V, PL/EL, Quantum Efficiency, UV-VIS, FTIR, XRD, Raman, SEM, etc.)
- Experience with perovskite solar cell modeling/simulation is a plus
- 4 years or more relevant experience working in solar cell manufacturing or R&D institutes in a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, develop and fabricate perovskite structure in perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Survey intellectual portfolio (IP) landscape on perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Contribute to our IP portfolio on perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Contribute to the performance improvement and commercialization of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Develop new processes and improve existing related processes
- Review characterization data and perform data and loss analysis of perovskite/silicon solar cells
- Perform device and/or material simulation of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Carry out processing and characterization of perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells
- Start up and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline
- Create the SOP and risk assessments for new processes
- Create materials and train up new engineers/scientists
- Be the go-to-person for perovskite solar cell questions
- Identify and recommend ways to improve our process tools, methods or capabilities
- Identify potential human error issues in the lab and work on corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure and follow good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
