Sr. Manager, Innovation

Singapore BK ASIAPAC, PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Actively partner with Regional and Global Marketing Teams, Field Teams, and Local Franchisees to drive the development and execution of BK innovation strategy in APAC
- Manage the development and launch of new and existing food concepts for the APAC region from paper concept, sample screening to market launch
- Provide guidance to local teams on product innovation, product standards and consumer testing
- Play an instrumental role in developing, testing, and refining the BK menu for new country launches leveraging global guidelines, market research, and consumer feedback
- Project manage the implementation of innovation projects across the region working with Key Stakeholders to deliver outstanding products to our guests
- Work directly with vendors to develop new products from initial benchtop samples through the commercialization process
- Coordinate ingredient and product review of lab and production samples to ensure partners are delivering on product goals
- Participate in food ideation sessions with internal and franchisee teams
- Be a thought leader in everything menu and product for BK in the APAC region

**Education and Experience**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product innovation in a food manufacturing company, the restaurant industry or an FMCG company
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Food Science / Food Engineering / Nutrition / Culinary related degree
