We are hiring **Trainee Technicians** to join our Operations team in Neste Singapore.
them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a Technician in Neste’s
refinery in Singapore.

**Your part in Neste journey**
In this role, you will learn how to safely and efficiently operate the plant, prepare and
execute maintenance activities at Neste Singapore's integrated renewable product
refinery complex in accordance to our operations procedure.

Your main responsibilities include
- Complete the induction and competency programme encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training.
- Three-month induction programme, consisting of theory sessions, will be conducted and assessed by the competency development team.
- Up to nine-month on-the-job training provides the opportunity to learn and work on the refinery units under coaching of shift trainer and (Deputy)Shift Supervisors
- Participate in plant shutdown and start-up as part of the training.
- Upon completion of the programme the Trainee will join the integrated refinery as a Technician
- You learn will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assignments given by the trainers. You will report to the assigned Shift Supervisor.

- Recent graduate from **NITEC in Chemical Process Technology** (Petrochem)
- Completed full-time National Service for male applicants
- Able to perform rotating shift work
- Willing to work in Tuas
