**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to lead sustainability projects aimed at reducing waste, energy usage, and carbon emissions.
- Integrating Management Systems and smart technologies with collaboration with industry leaders and technology providers.
- Analyse data-driven reports and provide professional advice to clients, ensuring transparent communication and regulatory compliance.
- Develop tailored strategies for energy efficiency, water and waste management.
- Monitor and reduce carbon emissions for property owners in achieving net-zero emissions.
- Promote sustainability through staff training and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in sustainability management, facilities management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Energy Management / Building Systems, Building Technologies and government initiatives etc.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
