**Job Title**:Recruitment Consultant (Japanese Speaker)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to provide insights for clients’ talent strategies
- Support clients with HR consulting services, such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese would be an advantages to communicate with Japanese stakeholders
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment and HR consulting are welcome to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven, able to work independently and in a team environment

**Others**:

- **Salary**:SGD 5,000-8,000 + Incentive scheme
- **Working hours**:Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Hybrid work arrangement)
