AVA Executive - Administrative Functions

**Contract Period**: 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026
**Work Location**: 2 Tampines Avenue 9, Singapore 529564

**Working Hours**:

- **Mondays to Fridays**: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- **No service required** on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

**Job Summary**:
The AVA Executive will provide comprehensive support for the school’s AV/IT operations, including classroom and event support, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks related to asset tracking and logistics. The role also includes facilitating AV/IT setup for school-wide events and national examinations.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Usage Support Services**
- Provide AV, visual, and media support for school-wide events (e.g., assemblies, celebrations, performances)
- Create and edit school-related videos as required
- Conduct basic hands-on AV/IT training for staff and students (e.g., tech reps, Infocomm Club)
- Assist with AV/IT arrangements for national exams
- Support the ICT Manager in troubleshooting Personal Learning Devices (PLDs), including DMA-related issues

**2. Maintenance Services**
- Conduct regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of AV equipment across classrooms and special rooms
- Assess the usability of AV/IT systems such as PA systems, projectors, sound systems, etc.
- Coordinate with staff and vendors for servicing, installations, repairs, and procurement of equipment

**3. Troubleshooting Services**
- Provide prompt technical support for AV/IT issues during lessons and school activities (e.g., projector, Apple TV, visualiser malfunctions)

**4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services**
- Manage the loaning system for AV equipment used in school activities
- Maintain proper documentation and authorization for equipment loans
- Update records regularly, including maintenance logs, damage reports, tagging, and inventory status
- Assist in the receipt and inspection of newly delivered AV/IT equipment
- Perform routine cleaning and checks of AV systems

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in a Singapore school environment is preferred
- Familiar with AV/IT systems commonly used in educational settings
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work collaboratively with staff and across departments
- Experience in logistics, maintenance, or inventory management is advantageous

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in a school environment: 1 year (preferred)
- AV equipment setup and support for events or examinations: 1 year (preferred)
- basic AV/IT training for students or staff : 1 year (preferred)
