**Role level**:Regional Business‑Development / Solutions‑Sales Lead, Partner Development Manager, or equivalent with P&L ownership.
**Experience**:
- 7 years enterprise‑software GTM (go-to-Market); driving Saas/AI/ML or cloud‑services revenue across multiple markets.
- Track record of setting up regional offices, hiring and managing quota‑carrying teams, and designing reseller / channel programmes from scratch.
- Hands‑on management of strategic key accounts and ecosystems of VARs, SIs, and ISVs.
- Able to engage C‑suite and architects on AI/cloud solutions.
- Multilingual and experienced in cross‑border APAC business will be advantage.
- Comfortable transitioning from big‑tech resources to scale‑up agility; capable of producing and executing a 0‑to‑1 GTM plan within 90 days.
