**Requirement**:

- Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably to Speak and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day work operation)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude and prioritize workload
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice

**Job Scope**:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist HR matters (annual/ medical leave/ payroll/ CPF submission)
- Manage the renewal of road tax, insurance, and inspections for all vehicles.
- Daily collection of letters from letter box
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents
- Data entry, ensure accurate data updating and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory
- Assist in any events planning include finding quotation
- Assist in associations matter
- Assist Chairman on corporate social responsibilities matters
- Assist Chairman’s PA
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
