**Position: Drafter**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare shop drawings, fabricate drawing, As-built drawings
- Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
- Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
- Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in construction-related, civil engineering field
- Good Communications skill
- Knowledge of structural will be beneficial
- Academic in relevant structure steel, building/engineering
- Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage
- Proficiency in Tekla Software, Autocad
- Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline
- Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill
- Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm), Sat (Half Day)
