We are looking for an **Operations Associate** to be based in Singapore and will focus on delivering the best possible service for the musical instrument industry. We want somebody who is self-driven, passionate, and organized. Someone who matches our spirit and desire as we keep challenging ourselves to be the best in the industry.

**Responsibilities**

Customer Online Order & Enquires
- Fulfil online enquiries
- Facilitate store pickup/click & collect
- Facilitate online documentations
- Upkeep online reservation room
- Assist with fee collection
- Reach out to student enquiries
- Handle payment and new sign up
- Manage student/instructor schedules
- Inform student on latest updates

Showroom Matters
- Banking of cash for the store
- Ordering showroom supplies
- Filing and documenting
- Check and clear the outstanding documentation in the system
- Submission showroom usage / staff claim
- Conduct feedback on customer shopping experience

**Requirements**:

- Diploma educational qualification
- No experience is needed, on-the-job-training is provided
- Basic Microsoft office skills required

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,800.00 per month
