- Create and/or adhere to contract and document tracking requirements;
- Bachelors degree related to Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in comparable role, i.e., contract management and administration in particular to construction industry;
- Strong contract administration and negotiation skills in a variety of different agreement types;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
- Demonstrated the ability to maintain problem-solving approach in collaboration with internal and external contacts;
- Demonstrated presentation skills;
- Strong organizational skills; able to organize and follow through with projects; ability to efficiently handle large volume of contracts;
- Meticulous with an eye for detail;
- Conversant with Microsoft Office, One Drive, Microsoft Team
