**Beco Ventures is hiring an Associate Director, Full Stack Development**:
**Role Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team that you build from scratch.
- Own the entire design, development, deployment, and maintenance of analytic platforms and content built for greenhouse and outdoor plantation deployment.
- Look beyond symptoms to assess and comprehend the core problems developers are trying to solve.
- Act as Stakeholder with business partners and analytics leadership to craft and prioritize a portfolio of projects aligned to critical organizational objectives and turn high-level ideas into concrete action plans while effectively managing to agreed-upon deliverable dates.
- Create technical design artifacts to help define, scope and prioritize high impact product solutions.
- Balance short-term execution with longer-term concerns such as extensibility and reuse.
- Practice test driven development and embody development best practices.
- Demonstrate flexibility, engagement and efficiency working as part of distributed development teams.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years' relevant experience in analytical/technical development.
- Full-stack engineering skills, comfortable shifting from front-end to back-end.
- Experience with Web UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Angular, Vue, or equivalent).
- Experience with Web Programming (Python, Django, Java, NodeJS, Node Red or equivalent).
- Experience with SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Postgres, Hive, AWS S3/Lambda or equivalent).
- Experience with Agile Methodology (sprints, kanban, backlogs, demos, retros).
- Comfortable with working in low monitoring / guidance environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Practical hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and DevOps.
- Experience with Data Visualization (D3, Highcharts, FusionCharts, Plotly, Tableau or equivalent).
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with LPWAN deployment (LoraWAN, Sigfox).
- Experience in procurement activities and management of third-party software vendors.
