**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport Japanese food and beverage products to various customer locations.
- Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
- Load and unload products onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
- Verify delivery instructions and address accuracy with customers before departure.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including courteous interaction with customers and timely resolution of any delivery-related issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures while driving and making deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of efficient delivery routes.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and operate delivery equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
