We are looking for an Driver to support our operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide a safe, comfortable and efficient driving services to the company associates.
- Be very familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations, always ensuring strict compliance with them.
- Perform effective route planning and situational awareness and conduct advance venue site visits for prearranged meetings when possible.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean at all times and kept in good working order by arranging vehicle servicing, washing and fuel.
- Provide administrative support such as preparation of documents/parcels for courier, arrangement of overseas and local courier services, and sorting and distribute incoming mails.
- Assist to host visitors for meetings and ensure that the meeting rooms are in an orderly manner.
- A strong communicator who can engage with the associates appropriately.
- Undertake ad hoc duties when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Class 3/3A driving license with min. 5 - 10 years of driving experience and familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
- Open minded, energetic, positive individual who is meticulous and well organized. Self-starter, independent, flexible and team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, detailed-orientated with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in driving Toyota Alphard preferred.
- Responsible, honest and punctual for assignments.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of discreetness and confidentiality always.
- Able to work beyond working hours such as perform duties in the evening and occasionally during weekends when required.
- Ability to converse confidently in English and Mandarin to cater to international guests.
- Basic Microsoft skills.
