**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Duty and Responsibility**
- Report to the Directors for project process, project control and project handover;
- Coordinate internally, with client, with business partners and all relevant parties for project execution;
- Handling work site access including liaising with building management for schedule and submission of required documents to obtain PTW approval;
- Oversee inventory stocks, generate stock reports, issuing stock to project team;
- Ensure all project documents are in place, properly recorded and submitted to relevant parties;
- Custodian of all project documentations in related to ISO quality & safety according to requirements;
- Ensure systematic filing & tracking of documents, maintain an efficient filing system in compliance with all ISO standard;
- Perform supporting administration works as instructed by management
**Requirements**:
- 'O' level or ITE certificate or diploma in any field or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience functioning as project administrator or projectcoordinator
- Strong background in computerized and manual documentation management process
- Microsoft office software experience (word, excel, power pointetc.)
- Detailed and meticulous in performing duties relevant to accounting, finance and administrative functions
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
- Willing to work in SME
