**Job Role/Responsibilities**
- Provide deep technical support which includes but is not limited to SSL/TLS certificate renewal process, Certificate support and maintenance, Incident and Change management including the coordination of annual renewals.
- Contributes to problem resolution, enforces process compliance and information security standards. The team also works on TD Bank wide projects, internal and external auditors, along with other teams within the TD bank's organization including our TS, ARM, EITO, Vendors, and business partners.
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in Cryptography and Middleware technologies with moderate skillsets but not limited to Azure, Weblogic, Websphere, IBM HTTPServer, NodeJS, Springboot, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS, IBM, SFTP and COTS technologies.
- Technical background on UNIX/LINUX/AIX, Network load balancer device (F5), Akamai, DataPower, Salesforce, CLOUD technologies, Certificate Management (SSL/TLS certificates), PKI enablement and Data encryption.
- Change management especially production deployment experience is a MUST.
- Proficient in ITIL especially Incident, Change and Problem management.
- Strong technical and coordination skills, self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Team Player and willing to offer ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experience and a sound understanding of Cryptography including an excellent understanding of IT security standards both technical and non-technical.
