Technician - Special Process

- Use and/or calibrate analytical equipment
- Perform chemical analyses on both plating bath and waste plant’s discharge
- Maintain chemical inventory
- To authorize for plating production line stoppage when chemical process or quality related issues occurred
- Conduct training to laboratory technician on handling and analyzing of chemical, equipment and instrumentation used
- Assist in Implementation of action plan to reduce production scrap and quality issues
- Engage in process and productivity improvement
- Monitor process stability and process capability values
- Provide the weekly or monthly reports to management
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of related working experience is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of chemical safety
- Demonstrated knowledge on chemical analysis and chemical instrumentation
- Demonstrated ability to perform chemical analysis
- Ability to train others in proper handling of chemicals
- Ability to train others to perform chemical analysis
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
