**Operations/Supply Planner**:

Join us as Operations/Supply Planner for the Electrification Business Area where you will be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Support internal customer service inquiries. Sets inventory parameters, inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Reporting to the Planning and Fulfilment Manager and this position will be based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Stocking profile and segmenting the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy. Defining inventory policies according to this segmentation
- Managing MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on daily basis. Monitoring and resolving error messages related to the interface between the Enterprise Resource System (ERP) and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure the inventory alignment between the two systems (daily basis)
- Working with fulfillment specialists to align planning of material with call offs and ensures that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders
- Performing inventory sanity checks, root cause analysis on short, excess and obsolete/aging inventory and analyze/optimize AIR SEA ratio. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, fulfillment team, demand planners, feeder factories and / or external suppliers
- Developing effective communications and relation with suppliers and with other stakeholders (e.g. logistics team, fulfillment specialist, demand planners, etc)
- Reading, understanding, and following the HSE guidelines and reporting discrepancies to leadership. Abiding to the company’s rules and regulations pertaining to Safety, ABB’s code of conduct & ABB Value Pairs. Practicing and participating in the HSE initiatives

**Your background**:

- Min Diploma, in Supply Chain or Engineering prefer
- Min 5 year’s working experience in purchasing, inventory or supply planning function
- Proficient in oral and written English communication
- Experience and good knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Office Application
- ERP experience (SAP ECC and APO experience is preferred)
