**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As an Engagement Manager, you are integral for business development, proposal development, and project execution. You will leverage on your outstanding analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills to play a big part in Renoir, actively manage the important client accounts with a lot of potential for growth.
- You will effectively manage a team of 3-5 in a collaborative team setting, through analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, to provide consultancy advice and recommendations presentations and implementation plan
- Manage client project work including but not limited to industry research/commercial due-diligence, growth strategy, business unit strategy, brand positioning/portfolio strategy, data analytics-driven consulting
- Act as the client owner to conduct client liaison and management. Ensuring the client projects are successful and team performance is exceptional
- Oversee project management on fee, time, resources, team manpower
- Ensure existing client’s expectations are met in outstanding standard to nourish prolonging relationship
- Perform business development with existing and prospective client

**YOU WILL HAVE**
- Degree holder, preferably in business, management, economics, finance, marketing; advanced graduate degree MBA, PhD, or other certified advanced graduated degree preferred
- At least 8-years’ solid experience in business consulting, industry and commercial research, business-to-business research, market intelligence or management consulting, and overseas exposure
- Previous consulting experience in real-estate, infrastructure and financial services sectors with functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, implementation, business development, project management, preferred
- Demonstrated advanced Excel (and/or Python) analytics, strong in conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
- Excellent report editing skills, strong presentation skills. Fluent speaker of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
